Please don't ask Newsky developers to delete flights that were affected by third party add-on bug or error (at the end of this page you'll find examples of such bugs). Instead please read this page and determine if you can delete the flight yourself or need to contact your Airline Manager.
As a pilot you can only delete flights done for Newsky Academy. There's a limit of maximum 10% deleted flights (or 1 flight if less than 10 were done) from last 30 days. Flights deleted by airline managers count in this pool!
To delete a flight done for other airline than Newsky Academy please contact respective Airline Manager.
As an airline manager you can delete maximum of 2% of flights from last 30 days (or 2 flights if less than 100 were done). Flight can be deleted from Flights tab in Airline Management panel.
If low rating was directly caused by Newsky's error we will attempt to fix that error and rate the flight again correctly. If that's not possible (for example if error occurred during flight logging) that flight will be deleted upon pilot's request.
There are few known bugs in 3rd party add-ons that can terribly mess up with your flight. If you experience these issues, I am sorry to say it, but we can't help you. Developers of these add-ons are aware of the situation and simply chose to ignore it therefore we don't plan on wasting any time working around or accounting for these bugs - please ask the add-on developers to solve it, after all they're the ones who took your money. We'll gladly provide any data that can help

This is a less serious but annoying issue, however recently observed less often. If new LED landing lights are used, in rare cases, their state was not reported via SimConnect at all, even though they appeared to work correctly in sim.
GSX is known for few issues regarding their push back:
